Ever since I upgraded to Windows 10, I have had a problem trying to listen to SiriusXM through my Firefox browser. I currently have to use Chrome to get sound from SiriusXM. I have checked my plugins and they are up to date. I checked my firewall (Norton) and it is not blocking any Firefox protocols. I never had this problem with earlier versions of Firefox and Windows 7.

Can you please elaborate on 'will not play'?

The site opens, I can logon. The site shows "Loading" but no music plays. This is true on every channel I tried.

As you can see, I responded to Andrew's request for more information but I have not received a reply.

If you use extensions (3-bar Menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) that can interfere with loading content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure that such extensions do not interfere with loading content. There is security software that can interfere with loading content, so check that as well.
