How do I eliminate the "New Tab"? I want to go directly to my homepage.

When I asked my question, the response was that the last question was three months ago (not today). The response said there was one reply (presumably from Mozilla) but there was no way to see the reply.

It wouldn't be so bad if the icons didn't take up so much space. We have the "Favorites Bar" for our favorite websites. That all I want or need (plus the favorites and favorites folders).

I'm fussing but Firefox is still my default browser. 'Nuff said.

Hello,

Is your question how to set a homepage that will open automatically every time you start Firefox? If so, here's how to do that. If you mean something else, please explain.

Thank you

To have your Home Page open when you open a New Tab, use this extension to get that feature. (The old pref for doing that from inside of Firefox without using an extenbsion was removed somewhat recently - like maybe 3 months ago.) https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/new-tab-homepage/
