Chosen solution

hi, regarding your site loading issue: if you're an avast user, please try to disable https scanning within avast:

  1. Open the Avast dashboard on the affected system.
  2. Select Settings from the left sidebar menu.
  3. Switch to Active Protection.
  4. Click on Customize next to Web Shield.
  5. Uncheck the "Enable HTTPS Scanning" option and click ok.

this https scanning is basically a hack intercepting all your secure network traffic for avast to perform some scans on it. in some cases the https scanning will actually weaken your security (see http://www.scmagazineuk.com/updated-k.../411470/), so i'd recommend to keep it turned off anyway. this doesn't affect the core scanning engine of the avast program that will continue to work in the background.

not sure exactly what happened mid august (program update in avast perhaps?), but we received a lot of similar questions from other avast users on win10 so it's a rather widespread problem...

FF is woking correctly now. and I post this reply with it. Thanks to all of you for hour help. Regarding your answer you say you "received a lot of similar questions from other avast users on win10 so it's a rather widespread problem... " But this trouble seams to appear with FF. Same Avast setting works correctly with IE or Edge. Regarding the explanations in the link I am wanderin if I have to move from Avast to an other AV one's
