Perhaps you mean you want to know the location of your Thunderbird profile folder containing all your address books, emails etc

Windows 7 and 8 POP C:\Users\Windows user name\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\Profile name\ Mail\mail account name\containing the mbox files.

IMAP C:\Users\Windows user name\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\Profile name\ ImapMail\mail account name\containing the mbox files. But you would have to make sure that the subscribed folders are synchronised in order to get mbox files with emails

If your 'skydrive' (now called OneDrive) account is registered with a hotmail/outlook.com/live.com email account, set up the account with IMAP settings to sync the mail between the remote server, where the mail is stored, and your computer with TB installed (or any other device in which the account is set up as IMAP).
