How do I know device data have been synced?

When I add bookmarks and bookmark tags in Firefox on one of my devices and then want to close that computer, how do I know the data have been actually synced?

Currently there is no indication on the status of synchronization. So it is possible that either by user network timeout issue or by mozilla server issue or because of not enough time given for syncing before closing the browser, one would think that one's data have been synced when they actually haven't.

Is there any way to check that data have actually synced?

Would be awesome to have something like a sync status indicator or something

Maybe the about:sync-progress page will give this info.
You can see links to all built-in about: pages on the about:about page.

Thank you very much for your answer.

The about:about page is quite useful.

On the specific issue, whenever I visit the sync-progress page, I keep seeing the same message:

"Your data is now being encrypted and uploaded in the background. You can close this tab and continue using Firefox."

I have tried disabling the syncing of history which might affect the current status of the synchronization, but the message is never differentiated.

So I doubt it I can deduce from it whether the data has finished syncing or not.

Do you, or anyone else, see any other message in "about:sync-progress" page?
