Help please. I still can't watch videos with Firefox 14. So far I've downgraded flash to 10.3, tried an older version of Firefox (13), and disabled Realplayer plugin. Am I missing something?

Recent crashes of certain multimedia contents (this includes Youtube videos, certain flash games and other applications) in conjunction with Firefox 13 are most probably caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update and/or a malfunctioning Real Player browser plugin.

In order to remedy the problem, please perform the steps mentioned in these Knowledge Base articles:

Flash Plugin - Keep it up to date and troubleshoot problems

Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - Prevent it from happening again

Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox

Other, more technical information about these issues can be found under these Links:

If you've already tried all this, I'd suggest the following: Install Firefox 14.0.1. Update your graphics driver and Windows. Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL Then test again.

Please tell us if this helped!

Well it is finally working. I don't know why. I tired everything that was suggested and nothing changed. I had checked my plug-ins, graphics drivers, etc. and everything was up-to-date. Today is started working.

Thanks everyone.

More to try:

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
