I would like a warning before multiple tabs are closed but in settings I don't have this option :

"In the Tabs section of the General panel, check the box next to Confirm before closing multiple tabs to enable the warnings, and uncheck it to disable them".

Hi Nancy, a while back, this was changed from giving a warning every single time you closed multiple tabs to now giving a warning only if you are closing more tabs than can fit on the Recently Closed Tabs list (which holds 25 tabs).

I don't think there is a way to go back to the old "warn me every time" behavior.

Just in case you haven't discovered it yet, Ctrl+Shift+T is the "Undo" for closing either a single tab or multiple selected tabs. (Ctrl+Shift+N is the "Undo" for closing a window.)

Type about:config<enter> in the address bar. If a warning screen comes up, press the I Accept the Risk button. At the top of the screen is a search bar. Type browser.tabs.closeWindowWithLastTab and set it to false

there is also browser.tabs.warnOnClose
