How to make Firefox utilize maximum bandwidth avaialble to the system?
I tried searching a solution for this but failed, hope anyone would be able to help me up with this. So I have got a decent internet connection. 20Mbps (down) & 3mbps (up). I have low latency. All things are good with the net connection.
The problem that I face is firefox isnt able to utilize much of the bandwidth that has been made available to me. I might point out it again that I am getting really decent speed and things are just Great in google chrome after some modifications, it's able to utilize much of the bandwidth, and even 4k content run so smoothly.
The thing is firefox isnt able to utilize more than 2-4 Mbps of bandwidth which is really very low. I am not even able to watch HD videos properly.
Currently I am running the latest version of Firefox on a clean and new system of Widows 10. This problem were faced in previous version of Firefox & Windows too. I'm only getting this problem ( Low bandwidth utilization) in Firefox, which is running my internet experience !
I tried to tweak it myself but till now, no progress. I hope I can get a tweak to it !

Why do you think that Firefox is only using 2Mpbs? Where are you seeing that? Bandwidth is a very fickle thing, with many variables, the bandwidth of the server you are trying to access (not every server has the same speed, so one website might be very fast, another very slow, even though your system doesn't change), load on your local neighborhood's Internet (that often depends on the type of internet connection you have), other stuff going on in your network (other computers) and stuff going on in your computer. Unless you tell me why you are thinking you are only seeing Firefox use 2Mbps, it's hard to prove that is the problem and thus how to fix it.
