Firefox crashes
Each time I open Firefox in the past two days. It crashes instantly. I have restarted in safe mode, the same issue happens again. I don't use any other browser but Firefox and it is quite frustrating.

- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:
- Microsoft Safety Scanner
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- TDSSKiller - AntiRootkit Utility
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

There may be an issue with a corrupt/missing Firefox file.
Please try reinstalling Firefox.
Ensure to backup all important Firefox data (ie. profile). This can be restored after the reinstall.
