How to Get Top Level Folders Other Than Inbox to Show at Top Level?

One of my three email accounts shows all top level folders at the same level as Inbox. (This account is hosted on Google.)

The other two accounts show all top level folders as subfolders of Inbox, although the servers show them correctly at top level. (Hosts are Inmotionhosting and Dreamhost.)

Is there a way to get these folders correctly shown at the top level?

The Manually Sort Folders add-on no longer sorts subfolders, so can't be used on these two accounts without this fix.

Chosen solution

This might work Open the server settings in account settings for the dreamhost account and click advanced. Enter INBOX as the IMAP server directory (Case is important in this.) The same might work for inmotion given the folders are both hanging off the inbox.

Thanks, @Matt! That worked in both Dreamhost and Inmotionhosting.

I'll post your fix in the discussions of the Manually sort folders add-on.

IMPORTANT: After implementing this fix, all filters containing folders that were moved must be updated to reference the "new" location of the folders.
