Just signed back into firefox after getting my laptop repaired and none of my stuff synced

My laptop just came back from the shop after a hard drive crash and Ive had to reinstall everything. I just reinstalled firefox, signed in and synced but its not got any of my bookmarks, saved passwords/logins, add ons or history. I tried to do the Import and Restore but there is nothing in there. I checked the profiles, there are two, profile:defualt-release and profile:default. Neither have any bookmarks, saved logins etc. I've been using firefox for years and have synced it before and it worked then. I chose firefox specifically so that I could just restore all my stuff in the event of a crash but now I can't find any of it. Is there any other way to get all my saved stuff back? Any advice would be greatly appreiated! thanks.

It's possible you lost your data because the sync thinks you had deleted the information.

Disconnect sync on everything for the moment. Type https://accounts.firefox.com/settings<enter> in the address bar.

Open one of the members of the sync (after disconnecting sync) and see if the data is still there.

If it is, close down the old sync. Then create a new sync account using the unit that still has the data.
