In the past I could open a bug report, but somehow I am redirected to help :-) Anyway.

Since the upgrade to version 77.01 I cannot attach files anymore to mails in outlook (business mail). When clicking on "search my computer", nothing happens.

And on some web pages, when trying to download, nothing happens (example: pcloud.com). Have not tried upload yet on pcloud.

I run Firefox on Ubuntu 18.04, installation is via snap, if this makes a difference to the normal installation (some directories are not accessible from the snap, default access: directory of container, but can be tweaked).

Not clear if this is a Firefox problem or some incompatibility with scripts.

Are you talking about Bugzilla?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

Cache clears after I quit Firefox. I deleted what I found in the "current" folder. Works now without problems. But your tips helped, thank you very much.
