You can tap the ALT key or the F10 key on the keyboard to make the Menu Bar temporarily appear to make selections from there. Checking the Menu Bar as shown in the following, makes the Menu Bar permanently displayed, until un-checked, and makes the Firefox button not visible.


The info submitted with your question shows that you are using Firefox 20.0.1 which is out of date and no longer supported. You should update to the current version, Firefox 21.

Hello veatrice, on Windows Vista and Windows 7, the Firefox button is displayed by default, to get the TOOLS option(by default in windows xp) you must enable the Menu Bar.
