I have Mac OS 10.4.11: A number of times you aks me to uppgrade, but always my version is too old för your uppgrade version. This time, you never warned, so I thought that this version of Firefox can deal with my old Mac OS version.

So I downloaded the newest version and replaced the older one. And consequently I cant open Firefox in this version. Please tell me what version I shall download! And give me a site to find it on!

You are unfortunately out of luck with an Intel Mac and OS X 10.4.11
Best would be to update to OS X 10.5 or later if you want to use Firefox 4 and later versions (current is 8.0).
There is a Firefox 8 compatible third-party version TenFourFox from www.floodgap.com for a PowerPC Mac, but no alternative for an Intel Mac with Mac OS X 10.4.

Firefox 4 and later require at least OS X 10.5 and an Intel Mac.
