it pops up with that message and will not let me run firefox. i have to run it as an administrator and if i close it i have to reboot my computer to get back on firefox. what is happening and how can i fix it?

Try running Firefox as an administrator once and it should solve this, for details see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Chrome+registration+failed
