I am overly frustrated - there is no help from your support desk.
For over one hour I have been attempting to have a "live chat" (big joke) with someone regarding my firefox problem. It doesn't work anymore. Two days ago it quit connecting to the internet. Everytime I FINALLY get someone to chat with me, they answer my question, then disappear never to be heard from again!! I am over your support system - it is terrible. Firefox simply will not open.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox without informing you about that, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
