Hi there, I use iPrimus. I can Receive emails. I am currently based in Thailand (previously Australia - no issues)

Whenever I attempt to send an email from Thailand, I get the message: "Send Message Error Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: smtp692.syd.oss-core.net."

Outgoing Server Settings: smtp.iprimus.com.au Port 587 (default) - (NB I tried 465 without success) Connection: STARTTLS Authentication: Normal Password

Guess what? They don't support global roaming... a VPN has solved my problem 🎉

Just a guess, But it is quite probable that iprimus do not let you send mail using their server unless you connect to the internet using their ISP service. Have you asked them if they support global roaming with email?

I find that incredibly funny.... Usually it is the VPN that causes the issues because it global roams without you going anywhere.

Glad I was able to give you something to laugh about!
