Is it even possible to create a customisable Add ons just by adding keywords or tags. I would pay handsomely to be able to block articles in newspapers containing words like Beckham, Posh, Sussex, Kardashian, Harry, Meghan, Caitlin etc., etc., and others.

You may be able to do that with uBlock Origin. Remove the blank space in the link to the Reddit thread.

Thanks Terry. I will try and report back.

Absolutely, uBlock Origin is a versatile extension. To block specific elements with certain words, you can utilize its 'My Filters' feature. In your case, if you want to block content related to 'Texas Medical Coding,' you can add a filter like:

reddit. com##.thing:has-text(Texas Medical Coding )

This filter will help you remove elements containing those words on Reddit. Just head to the uBlock Origin dashboard, go to 'My Filters,' and add the filter. Make sure to save your changes

Thanks Trystan (?). I don't use Reddit or have an account, I would like to block content on British newspaper sites that continually pump out cr4p about vacuous news of garbage.
