So i just got back on using firefox then this annoying bug keeps happening which is i cannot play a single video thats in full screen mode even though i already click the expand button, any site from youtube, imdb etc. will not play in full screen.

There always this gray area from top like in the line of the front cam of my phone. Before i can watch videos in full screen but now idk whats happening.

Well it did use to happen with me before but rarely but that was when firefox was still in it's 90s version. It's a long gone fixed bug for me. If you could attach a video showcasing exactly how to reproduce the issue people here might be able to help you out better.

Playing on YouTube Playing on IMDb

Both of them if you can see theres a gray area at the top of the screen in the notification bar area, even when i expand the video it will not fully play in full screen. This happens in all of the sites btw not only in those 2.

Hi

What is the make and model of your Android device?

Do you have any add-ons installed in Firefox for Android?

I have the same problem on a Xiaomi Mi 9T on MIUI Global 12.1.1, Firefox 111.1.1 Build #2015941331. My add-ons are uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger and Video Background Play Fix, but the issue is there even disabling all of them.

I add that I don't have the issue in Firefox Beta 112.0b9, Build #2015941947.
