Can not submit to enter site

Heineken requires date of birth to enter their site. I fill in the info then go to submit but the enter button does not work anymore?

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Note that you need to add two digits, so if necessary enter a leading zero ('07'). Once the number is recognized as valid then the field becomes dark green and continues to the next field.
