I have problems when using websites.

Example,

When i try to chat with yahoo. There is a problem connecting to chat. If i open the browser in private window and try to chat with yahoo. There is no connection problem. If i open up google chrome there is no problem connecting to chat. I have a picture attached showing the difference when trying to connect to chat in normal mode and private browsing mode using fire fox.

Why do i have issues with normal browsing mode vs private browsing mode?

Another example, I tried purchasing something on Verizon but for some reason when adding items to my cart it didn't work. When i open private browsing i was able to complete my task.

Why do i have issues with normal browsing and i don't have issues with private browsing?

How do i reset browser to factory setting?

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
