Beginning today everytime I try to send an email I receive the following:

An error occurred while sending mail: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting: 5.7.1 Connection refused - OXSUS003_101 - https://postmaster-oxsus.vadesecure.com/#OXSUS003_101.

No setting has been changed.

I am able to receive emails but cannot send.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Robert

That error message told you the problem with a link to specifically state the issue. Although they use OXSUS0003_101, it is likely to be the same as : OXSUS0001_101 550 5.7.1 Connection refused We could not accept your email because your email provider is listed on the Vade Secure Threat Network list. This list contains IP addresses which have been identified as sending spam. We use this list to protect our subscribers from receiving spam.

So using google I found this: https://www.spamresource.com/2020/06/what-is-vade-threat-list-how-do-i.html That link has some really useful information and provides a link to a form which you flll out to get IP removed off list.

I also found this: https://www.vadesecure.com/en/support/ On that page it says : If you are having issues with email delivery due to the Vade Email Filter, please contact [email protected]
