I do not find settings spam, spam. Some emails disappear and appear in spam a few days later, it is not good as you have to respond immediately. How to turn off the spam function. I want to delete everything myself?

If the messages are actually labelled as spam or bulk, that is done by the mail provider before the mail is downloaded to TB (TB uses the term 'junk'). The spam controls are managed through webmail settings for the account, but you might not be able to completely disable them.
