I cannot upload a 7.2 MB attachment to Box, even though it worked the first time.

Here's what happens: I type my email in Thunderbird. I click on Filelink Box. I click on my 7.2 MB pdf attachment. Then it starts "uploading to Box." And then I get a pop-up message, an "Upload error," that says "Unable to upload SCPSonomaWestPublishers.pdf to Box." -- This happens even though I am registered with Box and even though it worked the first time (but never since). I spent a long time on chat with the Box people, and they said it's a Mozilla problem. Thank you! -Mary

Why would you want to upload the same file multiple times? Just copy and paste the link from the first successful upload into any subsequent email messages you may want to send.

Oh! Oh! You're awesome! I get it. I upload a document just once, not for each email. -- You're right. When I tried to upload a different document, it worked. Did I tell you you're awesome?? Thank you very much. -Mary
