I deleted a folder and all of the emails with it by accident. The emails are very important and I need to recover them. I've tried everything I can find online.

Using IMAP, not POP. I had to re-install my OS (Windows 10). All of my files were still here but my programs were gone. I re-downloaded firefox and a few folders were there and some were not. I deleted the "Sales" folder thinking all of the emails were in the inbox. Once I realized they weren't and was able to recover all of the other folders, the "Sales folder I deleted didn't come back.

I really need these emails! Please help!

Not an expert but unfortunately I think there's not much you can do here.

I'd immediately reach out to my mail provider (hoping it's corporate or hosted and not gmail or other free) and see if they have a recent backup.

Same applies to your machine, you should have at least some backups? Especially from right before the upgrade to Win 10. These should contain a copy of that folder.

Otherwise your last option is to look for a data recovery tool and scan the hard drive of your machine for any traces of the missing folder. This is far from a guaranteed method. Also, time may work against you as the more you or the OS writes to the hard drive the more chances the blocks on the drive you need may be overwritten permanently. You may wish to enlist local/professional help with this (and then start/create a good regular and automatic backup regimen too so you're never in this position again.)

Sorry couldn't offer more.
