PBS video - all videos show a black screen with a triangle and exclamation point inside. The screen reads, "error loading player: no playable sources found".

Note: I have read various posts about deleting add-ons, I don't have any installed.

I can't see in flash player is presented in your system details ,is it right ? So one of the solution for this is to install flash from adobe and restart your firefox after installation . Get Adobe from here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Thanks Chandan! I had just reinstalled my operating system and all the programs, but had not realized the flash player was not installed as Adobe usually issues a prompts to install.
