I accidetally deleted my bookmarks icon from the toolbar. How do I restore it?
While deleting the stupid pinterest icon I accidentally deleted the bookmarks icon from the top toolbar. Please help me restore it.
Chosen solution
Hi, open the 3-bar menu > Customize, and if you can see it, simply drag it to a toolbar and the location of your choice, then Exit Customize to save. If the button isn't there, try clicking on Restore Defaults. More here - Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.

Thanks for the help, I was panic stricken because I use my bookmarks more than anything :).
If you right-click a toolbar item in normal (non-customize) mode then you can remove this item from the toolbar.
- "Remove from Toolbar" will remove this item from the Navigation Toolbar and moves it to the Customize palette ("3-bar" Firefox menu button > Customize)
- "Move to Menu" will move this item to the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down list
- "Move to Toolbar" in the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down list will move this item to the toolbar
