Three times today I have tried to send you $10, out of my last $60. I am using my US debit card in US$. Three times your website has disbelieved my information -- and claimed $1 for the information. That charge appeared on my e-bank account just fine, but not the $10. WTF????? I phoned my bank in the USA and sorted out the zip code but you still don't accept it. If it's so hard to contribute no wonder you have trouble.

hi grizabella, first of all thank you for wanting to support mozilla & sorry for the issues you've come across in that regard.

the 1 USD charge you see might not be a real charge, but just an authorization that the payment provider uses to ensure the provided card is valid. if you'd like us to look into the matter why no payments from your card are accepted, please send an email to [email protected] (as this would need some exchange of personal data which cannot be done here on a public forum). thank you for your understanding!

If you can figure out some way we can talk on Skype - i.e., give me a phone number that will actually connect me with someone, we could perhaps look into it that way. But for $10 it hardly seems worth your time. I just can't give any more ..(doesn't that go, /Can't live any more, if livin' is without you? /Sorry. Must be the New Year effect.)/)/

hi, you wouldn't need to submit the debit card number by mail to [email protected], but the mail address you've provided during the transaction - with that piece of information, people could find the particular transaction that has gone wrong and look into it if you'd like...
