Suddenly a couple of weeks ago when I would select a message to print in TB and tried to select "Printer Properties", TB would not bring up/display the normal options, e.g., run fast, grayscale orinting, etc. I've been printing to pdf in order to print fast and grey scale once I have the pdf file. I try printing other files, other than TB, and the printer works fine. I went to the "errors" file and found multiple ones, e.g., "padding start", margin start", "mso-style-name", "mso-style-priority", "mso-style-type", "mso-style-link", etc., etc.

Have never had this problem before and so repeatable! I might get it to work after a reboot but then it comes back again.

Anyone help??

Thank you

MSO stands for Microsoft Office.

Clear the error console before trying to print. That is the only way to get errors that might be relevant.

Thanks Matt,

Just tried to print an e-mail message. Actually got to the point of selecting printer and printer properties, fast and b&w and hit "print". At bottom of screen, it showed "message loaded" but nothing happened.

I immediately went to the error console; too many to list!!!

The first two:

Could not read chrome manifest 'file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Mozilla%20Thunderbird/chrome.manifest'.

Does this tell you anything?
