There are two option I have found in order to stop crushing firefox.

1.Use stable old firefox or you can use google chrome 2.If you are using imacros script which are written in java script then it will crash.So stop using java script imacros .js extension.If you are using normal script .imm then it firefox will not crashed.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.


I looked at the posted crash report, it did not show the cause of the crash.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?


Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?
