Hello,
The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.
To Reset Firefox do the following:
- Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
- Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
- Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
- Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.
Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.
hi.
I followed these instructions many times but the same problem still occurs
have you tried removing clean space?
If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.
- You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website, or open this page via "Help > Troubleshooting Information".

You can check for problems with current Flash plugin versions and try these:
- disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
- disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Flash#Troubleshooting
- http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-113-crash-mozilla.html
Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
No, but I do not use it after getting this problem! So what should I do?

That is a problem with the Flash plugin.

About the protected mode, that still applies to nightly, but not on XP i think, you can try it though, and you need to upgrade your graphics drivers too, refer to below.
The Intel Driver Update Utility installation failed. Possible web browser compatiblity, firewall, or installation issue detected. Select OK to troubleshoot issue.
This is what I get it ?
Translating that, close all windows/programs and try again.
