A site has saved some user names/passwords but will no longer offer the option; how can I fix this?

The local library web site I use allowed me to save my data and one child's data. When I went to add my other 2 children's data, it will not allow me to save the user names and passwords. I cannot find any information on why this happened or how to get it to save again. I would either like to find a setting to turn this back on for this site or if I could manually enter the data into a file some where. Other sites will still let me save the info. Is this a setting or something their web site has altered?

The Passwords Editor extension includes a feature which allows you to manually add passwords.

Thank you! That worked perfectly. I knew there had to be a way.  :)
