I was being pestered to update Firefox over the past two weeks, yesterday I updated. After the update Firefox opens but immediately crashes and closes. Internet Explorer opens but does not connect, neither does Opera or Safari or Google chrome . The PC is connected as I have full use of the sidebar and Skype.I have done a full anti-virus scan using PC Tools with nothing found and used an application to clear cookies, downloads, typed address, recycle bin, etc and fix problems with the registry. Any help please?

Hello sonofjoe, check your Internet security software (firewalls, antivirus programs, anti-spyware programs, and more) if preventing Firefox from connecting to the Internet.
