Wie komme kann ich wieder auf mein Tunderbird E-Mail Konto zugreifen, wenn das Passwort vergessen wurde. der Provider 02 kann nicht helfen.

Thunderbird only retains the last-used password at settings>privacy&security - and even that is only if the password was a normal password and not an 'app' password. Otherwise, you're dependent on your email provider account to change/update the password.
