Since migrating from BT to EE they changed some settings & now I am unable to send e-mail, but can still receive them. I can still use webmail though. EE cannot help as they have no knowledge of how Thunderbird works. The only help they gave was to contact you. I run version 115.12.2 (64-bit) using Windows 10. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

What or Who is EE? I am aware of BT being British Telecom, but as an Australian you might as well not be using English.

Generally a new ISP means a new email address, not just changes to your existing send and receive settings.
