So... I tried googling how to, and that just came up with the link to editing my profile. I don't see any options on my profile to edit the avatar (see attached image 1) I tried clicking Manage Account, and thought "Oh, maybe it's that" and added a picture there (image 2) But that hasn't changed my avatar *here* so... I'm at a loss

Your profile avatar for the Firefox Support website is based on the profile avatar of your Firefox Account. That can be adjusted at accounts.firefox.com/settings.

To get it to update, some users find that they need to sign out of the Firefox Support website after the change is made and then sign back in to force the system to update it.

Hope this helps.

Ah, so it does. Guess I should have tried a relog from the get-go. It's always the ONE troubleshooting thing I DIDN'T do that messes me up, of course...

Glad I could help.

I also got stuck with the same issue when I first signed in with my Firefox Account, so I speak from experience :)
