Installed certificate, but can not digitally sign.
Here are the bese settings: I have windows 7-64bit installed, also drivers for smart card reader and ID card working perfectly, I can digitally sign PDF and other documents (pin code working, etc ...). In Thunderbird Security Device and Certificate detected (pin code asked). Still can not digitally sign email. Tested either 32/64 bit Thunderbird.

Hi Matt ! It was too late last night for answering my question. I finally solved the problem with importing certificate authorities. The bad thing is that I have to select security certificate at account settings, every time I want to send a digitally signed mail .

who is the issuing authority. Ia wondering if it is one that has become distrusted, like all the ones Symantec used to own.
