To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier
Hi,
I have logged into my college email account (outlook) but the page result is blank. If I click on refresh page I get "To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier. I click resend but the page just goes blank. I do not get redirected to another website.
I can log into my email account with chrome or edge but not mozilla. I left mozilla for a while and tried to use Edge but didn't like it. I tried Chrome and don't like it either. I came back to Mozilla and reloaded it (I had problems with it which was why i removed it earlier). The email connection worked a few times but now it seems stuck in this mode of not going to my outlook email.
What is wrong?

To display this page, Firefox must . . . is nothing to worry about. Sometimes the data that was sent did not arrive properly. This can also happen when refreshing a web page.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?
While you are in safe mode;
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

I tried to connect at different points and no change. I restarted my computer and it had removed my wifi connection settings but no change to my problem above. I can still connect to my college email through chrome.

Hi, what security software are you using ?
Can try this as works well on win10 : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

I use Avast for security and your solution will take me time to apply. did i mention this was already second install?
I dont reach the college email through a bookmark i go to the college website and click on the words outlook email. it asks for a login name and password which i put in, then the page is blank. when i hit refresh that's when that line "to display this page..." appears
Update Avast. If the problem continues, disable it as a test.
