I am running 58.0.2 (64-bit), and with at least the January Microsoft Windows 10 updates, I have seen graphics tablet pen behavior changed.

I have a “Wacom CTH490PK” tablet and am running Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.16299 with the latest Wacom driver 6.3.28-3

BTW, none of these issues are seen with a mouse, only a pen

Four specific examples.

1) Grabbing a folder section scroll bar to slide it up ow down no longer works a. Clicking the pen above or below the scroll bar active section works b. Using two fingers in tablet touch mode does cause scrolling to work in the folder window

Scrolling the window works with either the pen grabbing the main part of the window or the scroll bar

2) Capturing a text selection has changed drastically a. For single line selections one now has to click the pen at a starting point of the selection, then hold down shift and click the pen again to capture the remainder of the selection b. For multi-line selections, the space bar, or arrow keys are needed to define the selection c. Attempting to click and drag the pen only results in moving the entire page - note that very occasionally, a selection works as it used to

3) Randomly, Firefox stops responding to pen clicks in the tab area for 3-10 seconds – sometimes tapping with a finger on the tablet helps and sometimes not

4) The duration of the pen right click on a web link can cause the right link page to open AND any linked area behind the right click selection box In this example, I opened a new tab with the “Thank you Firefox….” Link and the current page changed to the “Firefox doesn’t work well……….” link

Are there any Firefox or Windows 10 pen settings which will restore behavior to pre-update behavior?
