Account for this support forum? You posted here from a new SUMO account. You will need to login to the old account. Click your name at the top of a forum page and use Edit Profile. Then use the Change button next to email. Or a Firefox Account for Mozilla Services? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/access-mozilla-services-firefox-accounts But you'll need access to the old email account to be able to add a 2nd email address.

ohh, sorry. Firefox Sync. I tried to logon with wrong password - this seems to have locked my account.

Sorry, I didnt forgot the passwort - I just forgot to create the Firefox Alias during my mailbox migration. Now as I tried to logon, the confirmation email didnt reached me - and the non delivery notification seems to have blocked my account.
I created the Alias now - but get the promt to contact support to unlock it.
