Is Firefox ESR 31.0 still supported? Can we still get critical security updates for this release?
We would like to know if Firefox ESR 31.0 is still a supported release. If it is not, then is it still possible to get critical security updates for this release? When will this release be complete unsupported or end of lifed?

Firefox 31.8.0esr was the last 31 esr update and is EOL with no more updates since the 31.8.0esr release back on July 2nd.
The current ESR is based on Firefox 38 and is at version 38.4.0esr which was released when Fx 42.0 was Released.

Thank you. Does this mean that Firefox will not even provide patches for critical security vulnerabilities for the 31.* version?
Yes. Firefox 31 ESR has reached end of life and you have to update to Firefox 38 ESR that will receive updates until the switch to Firefox 45 ESR (probably with 45.1.0 as there is usually an overlap).
