Can you post a link to a publicly accessible page (i.e. no authentication or signing on required)?

Then we can check the server.

There are other things that need attention.

Note that your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.

  1. Shockwave Flash 16.0 r0
  2. Shockwave Flash 19.0 r0

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.

I've spent the last 36 hours (literally) reading every topic I could find from the forums of the site I'm trying to log in to and I've tried every single help topic related to the issue in Firefox help and Tools, Internet Options. I've checked my clock settings so many times, I lost count. What I don't understand is this one site is the only one I'm having issues with, everything else loads and logs in just fine, but no matter what I do, I cannot get this site to let me log in to my account.

Every website I've opened works perfectly, no issues at all. Just that one and I can't login to my account, so I can't even access their contact options to get the matter resolved with them. I can read posts from other users, but I can't reply to any of them or even get a phone number to call the site admin for help in resolving the issue. Also, I've tried every suggestion that the others users have posted so far, I'm on page 16/58 at the moment, but I think I'm going to give up because I'm very old and exhausted.

I'm certainly going to try your suggestions and I am truly thankful for your reply, I pray that what you said works, but I'm definitely going to have to at least take a nap or I'm going to be very sick. :)

You were busy. I checked your link. There was no problem for me.

That link is not a secure connection, so there shouldn't be a problem unless you have an extension like HTTPS Everywhere that tries to force a secure connection.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Remove History For One Site Open the History Manager <Control><Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any passwords / settings.

I'm so sorry, I may have misunderstood your first request about the link. Were you wanting me to place a link for the site I was having the problem with? If so, this is the link, but it's the log in option on the site that won't load, the site loads, but 'login' does not.

When this opens, click on login and see if it works for you please. Thank you so much.

I've tried this already too. The only thing I haven't tried is restoring to a previous time, like to before this problem started happening, it worked just fine Friday morning, but them my game client launcher updated and it stopped working altogether. Guess I'll try the restore option, it's the only thing I haven't done up this point.

I checked the link. When Login is pressed, it opens a new window. I had no problem.

Are you using any blocking programs/add-ons? Allow pop-ups from this site. Also let Firefox allow pop-ups as well,

Type about:preferences#content<enter> in the address bar. To the far right of Block pop-up windows, press Exceptions.
