Nightly 41.0a1 (2015-05-12) won't print to adobe pdf prnter. It used to and will still if I start up in safe modei. What's interfering with this?
Nightly used to print to my Adobe pdf printer. Within the past month or so it doesn't. The dialog box comes on and then it disappears. I can print to pdf if I start Nightly in safe mode but I don't know where to find out what doesn't start in safe mode to identify what's interfering with Adobe pdf. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello there,
It could be that there are some extensions / add-ons which are automatically turned off when your in Safe Mode, hence printing is working. When launching Firefox in normal view try to disable your extensions and see if that solves the issue.
If the above won't solve the issue then you can use "Refresh Firefox"

Hope this helps!

Thanks. If I go to Tools--Add-Ons and select the extensions tab, there are not extensions listed. There are a number of plug-ins in the plug-ins tab. Could these be causing the problem?
Sure you can start disabling those and see if the issue still persists.
Also, reinstalling Firefox could be an option to reset the settings back to default status.
The May 12 Nightly build is old as the Nightly and also Aurora channel builds gets checkins almost everyday so therefore there is a update each of those days. Sometimes there can be issues as a result until problem checkin(s) is fixed or reverted.
If you using the unstable Nightly simply for Win64 then try the Win64 builds on Beta channel instead for stability.

You can check for issues with e10s and hardware acceleration.
Note that the Nightly alpha builds can get broken at any time, so only use these builds if you are ready for it and know how to deal with bugs and regressions and make sure that you have a release (or beta) version with a separate profile installed as a fallback.
Thanks so much to all for everyone's help. It see that I'm using a developer version of the Nightly browser. Actually, when I finally converted over to 64 bit windows I wanted to get a 64 bit version of Firefox and my internet search led me to the Nightly download page. Is there a 64-bit version of Firefox? If not, can you direct me to the most stable version of Nightly?
Though I can print to Adobe by starting Nightly in sage mode, I still can't after disabling all of the Nightly plug-ins.
As I said try the Beta builds (where there are Win64) for more stability. Also on Aurora (developer edition). Release, Beta, Aurora, and Nightly.
There are no Win64 for Release yet.
