There aren't options 360pflv and 420pflv ?
When I am on a site and want to download a video, there aren't 360pflv and 420pflv options. There is only HQ5flv option instead, but I'm not satisfied with the quality and I prefer those two I mentioned. I've reinstalled download helper several times and after that the options 360flv and 420flv appeared and disappeared again. Now, even if I reinstalled download helper they don't appear. What is the problem? How to download videos in flv format?
P.S. I have problems to watch videos in mp4, that's why I download them in flv.

Curtis, it downloaded videos. Some of them work good, but some not. So, can you give me more solutions like this, so I can try them as well and see what works best for me?
Note that there is usually no need to convert FLV files unless you need to play them on other (portable) devices.
There are a lot of media players available (e.g. VLC, MPlayer) for desktop computers that can play all kind of media files including the FLV format without the need of conversion that could possibly cause loss of quality.
I have a problem with playing mp4 files and that's why I need to download only flv files or to find the way to convert videos in flv format if it is in mp4. Yes, I tried these media players and not even one of them solve the problem.
