Can't download QuickTime plugin. What could be set wrong to prevent download and installation?
I'm working on a website that uses QuickTime. It states I need a plugin. I click the link. Firefox places a window showing that Apple QuickTime is needed. I click install. It goes to a window that states the the plugin is not available and I can download manually. I click Next. It takes me to Apple's QuickTime download page. I click Download. Nothing happens. I double check the download location. Nothing there. I go out and try downloading other plugins from the Add-on Plugin updater. It all works fine. I go back and repeat. Nothing again. I don't have a clue as to what is wrong or why. Help please!

I am such a DUNCE!!!! Please accept my apologies! I found out what I did wrong while waiting for a reply...I had not seen the popup blocker ribbon at the top of my screen. It would be so nice if there was a sound put with that ribbon so it stands out.
Please accept my apology for posting a question when the solution was staring me in the face. Thanks in advance if you were planning to help me.
So embarrassed....
