Starting earlier today, I am unable to click on things on the top 2-3 inches of any page I go to with Firefox. The lower parts of the page are fine. I also used Internet Explorer, and that is working fine.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
