I tried opening my outlook email which was supposed to redirected me to my school outlook site. Usually It worked when I do that but for some reason now it doesn't work. I tried opening it in my other browsers and it works. Only Firefox couldn't open it.

I found this site https://support.mozilla.org/bm/questions/1028755 and i tried to do the steps on how to fix it, but it still didn't work. I still couldn't go in the site. Is there any way for me to be able to access it again? what should I do?

Hi resya171,

I used to run into this sort of issue quite often when I was doing tech support. It sounds like a "signing certificate" problem. This is a twofold issue (obviously) involving Outlook and Firefox. Your best option is to get with your school's IT support and they will walk you through refreshing your certificate/s. It sometimes is a proxy issue in Firefox that for some reason Outlook decides it's going to enable. Ah, the wonders of Outlook Mail.

Good luck!

Peace, love and Linux for all!
