"Send.Firefox" tab loads every time we start Firefox. How do we stop that?
Starting a couple of weeks ago, Every time we start FF (69.0), our chosen start page loads as expected. However, FF also loads (unasked) a page pitching Send.Firefox which are getting really tired of seeing and closing.
How can we stop Firefox from loading this unwanted page? Please note: The unwanted Send.Firefox page is NOT in the field where we put our one desired opening page.

Hi George,
Sorry to hear you're having issues with a tab displaying alongside your Home Page.
Does anything happen when you change the Home Page?
From what I believe this could be related to an extension or possibly malware.
If you haven't already, try restarting in Safe-Mode to see if the problem goes away :
- Click the "3-bar" menu
- Click help(?)
- Click Restart with Add-ons Disabled...
- Click Restart
- click Click Start in Safe Mode ( Refresh Firefox with reset to its Default Settings )
If you have any extensions you may want to try disabling :
- Click the "3-bar" menu
- Click Add-ons
- On the left panel click Extensions
- Look over the list and try to disable any that look suspicious by clicking on ... to the right of the Exension

I hope this narrows it down.
Thanks very much for your prompt reply. OK, while fooling around with your suggestions, I see how to kill the page. If you disable Send.Firefox in Extgensions, the 2nd unwanted tab does not load. It should be possible to have Send.Firefox enabled but not get the stupid page . . .

You're very welcome!
I think by default the add-on will automatically open on the side. An alternative would be to bookmark Firefox Send until the feature is available.
