Hi Mary, your screenshot showed that the script on the server was having a problem -- it didn't have access to user and country. Probably that information comes from your Facebook account. Is Firefox 68.0.2 failing to share FB account information with the EA server?? I think we need EA to tell Mozilla how the requests/responses received from Firefox are different from other browsers to track down where the issue is. Maybe they're discussing it somewhere less public.

i was just on Chrome playing scrabble and i got the below image for you, i do not even get that far on Firefox to get the compatibly check. So to me that means it is a Firefox problem

It is definitely a Firefox issue - I have tried all sorts of things. And it seems to just be related to Scrabble. Everything else works on the new Firefox.

If you right-click in the bank area, do you see a "This Frame" item in the context menu?

If that is the case then try to open the frame in a new tab or use show only this frame.

No it is not offered

it does not give me a chance it flashes so fast and so continuously that i am un able to do anything. it just keeps flashing and trying to load. I can not do anything fast enough

i reinstalled java and updated it also i downloaded most recent versions of shockwave and adobe flash player

seems evident to me that Firefox is not going to fix this issue with scrabble, Sad because i so like Firefox but hey maybe i should go to Chrome. Not that Firefox cares if they lose a loyal customer that has been on Firefox for yrs.

I don't think anyone has filed a bug report for Scrabble yet. We've tried to diagnose the problem here in support but so far we haven't come up with an explanation for why it doesn't work for you.
