In one Bookmark folder, the bookmarks cannot be sorted
The option to Sort By Name does not work in one of my Bookmarks root folders. At the end of the bookmarks, it has a horizontal line which I have not noticed at the end of any other Bookmark folder list. Because this Bookmark folder has a very large number of subfolders, I'm guessing that I've bumped into a folder limitation. I can still add more folders but I have to manually organize them. The Sort By Name option does still work okay in the folders within the subfolders.
I counted them and I believe I have 326 first level subfolders! I like to organize all of the them A-Z but it's looking like I need to divide it up, perhaps like XXXX A-M and XXXX N-Z to get around a subfolder limitation.
Do you have any comments about this?
Thanks

I was able to delete it and now there is no issue concerning the Sort By Name function. I have no idea how it got there, for one reason, I didn't know that there was such a thing as a Separator.
Thanks

This horizontal line is likely a separator. Firefox sorts bookmarks between separator, so if you want a list that is fully sorted then you need to remove all separators temporarily.
Note that you can use a separator to sort folders and bookmarks individually (i.e. not a mixed list).
